It's funny that everyone thinks their house is "new" this year... It burned down several years ago and it's finally done being gutted and remodeled, but it's technically the original DU house :) Outside of academic/pre-profession al groups, DU is the least "fratty" fraternity on campus. That could be good or bad, but I appreciate the fact that they're an intelligent and diverse bunch of guys, instead of the usual mix of drunks, jocks, and womanizers. Fun to be around even when everyone is sober!

geediest house on campus for real. their new house is alright and may trick a couple kids into pledging but they really have no idea how to party or pull. or drink. or anything really.

aepi will never ever ever be tier one. their pledge class isnt close with one another because its way too big. for whatever reason, the guys have gotten it into their heads that they pull mad girls and its simply not true. the only reason they are pregame partners with tridelt is because SAE got screwed. REAL VICTORY you guys.
