new house is awful, brothers hate being with their own brothers. girls are getting annoyed going over there now. current pledges and last year pledges are pretty pathetic, older guys were sort of cool. phi psi will slowly begin to fade at the end of the year when their seniors graduate

Last review couldn't have said it better. Really nice, for the most part good looking, and cool guys. Their parties are lackluster because they really can't have anything but mixers. Hope they are getting back to their old ways after a weak 2011. The juniors are great and the fall pc 2012 is solid

Down to earth and really don't care what people think about them. solid number of them go hard but not the biggest drinkers on campus... have been called the wife-it-up sorority pc 12 is hotter than most other houses this year
