phi psi probably has the worst house in greek life right now haha. its actually pretty pathetic that they believe that they can still be a top house at UM with a house that embarrassing. but in all seriousness, phi psi is falling and they know it. why else wold they go around talking crap about every other fraternity? literally a bunch of tools. will not be tier one in a year or two.

tha last comment was probably another jealous frat boy. i went to their last mixer and the guys were actually more engaging then i expected. from ones i know and see together you can tell brotherhood matters. ask any girl in the mid tier and dke is usually theyre favorite mixer, i know they have a couple things with better houses and the girls i know really liked them. they just stay in their run down mansion in the middle of nowhere doing their own thing.

these guys will probably be good again in 5-10 years but not in the near future. it takes a while for a fraternity to get its good rep back. but they do have a sick house - they're just not in it yet.
