I LOVE PHI DELT! The guys are awesome and even though they have a "dry" chapter house, they still throw crazy parties at their senior and pregame houses!! I can't wait to mix with these guys in the fall! Definitely some of the coolest guys to hang out with on campus ;)

Maybe a great group of guys at heart, but let's be real here... Kappa Sig, pretty irrelevant. Their parties (if you can call them that) are less then enjoyable. They don't have very much going for them, but I'm sure this post will be suffocated by thousands of 5 star self posts.
