Phi Delt is one of the fastest growing houses on campus. They have been making huge moves lately and with a solid pledge class they should continue in a very positive direction. Though they are technically a dry fraternity, they manage to throw large parties at other houses and still maintain a fairly strong social presence on campus. Their parties might not be on the same level as Theta Chi or SAE but other aspects of the house definitely help make up for that.
