Considered a top tier but is moving down. PC this year not as hot as usual. Girls are also not as nice as the other houses and sisterhood isn't as good. Pretty fake overall and they only like blonds

Nice, genuine girls. Not the hottest on campus, but seem to be a lot of fun. Pretty good sisterhood but not as involved on campus as other houses.

Great sisterhood, smart girls, beautiful house. Newest pledge class is full of hot girls. More frats are starting to compete to party with ZTA...they're moving on up for sure.
