Great, smaller fraternity. I like their house, like their brothers, like their new pledges, and enjoyed the times I've been there. They don't seem to do much, compared to a lot of others. Overall pretty nice

The brothers here are always very nice to me! Treat me with respect, and I get to steal their pledges pins, which is always fun. As far as parties go, they don't do them too often, though I actually liked their one that was on Saturday night. Had a lot of fun. They don't try to be top tier, but they certainly should be respected as good guys. They don't beat their neighbors' parties, but who knows what'll happen in the future. Also, a few brothers are super cute, that always helps

I really like mixing with phi delts and their pledges are greattt! still middle tier but really chill guys and actually seem to want to talk to you and not just get in your pants. lady killasss

For sure top tier but thats only cuz of the rep theyve had in recent years. are half hot, half not even cute, and all of them are rude and have no class

Seem like a really great group of guys. Maybe not top tier, but close. They're consistent and know how to have a good time. The pledges are cool too.
