They truly are the chill frat. My friend and I went a little worried since they weren't considered "top tier" had the most fun all year. Hot guys. Solid PC. What more could you ask for?

Middle tier if anything. When we found out we were mixing with them we got super excited, then we got there. Mostly short guys and their PC is really small...like 3 girls to 1 guy small.

My favorite house on campus. The guys aren't typical frat guys, they are smart and will show anyone a good time no matter who you are. We mix with them, and after every party I tell our social to schedule another one.

Run the upper-middle tier. Stays out of the politics in the top tier yet somehow steals a lot of girls from there.

Solid group of guys, who are really fun. If your not trying to devote your life to a fraternity (i.e. join an upper tier frat) Chi Phi is the best option.

I've been hooking up with a boy in Chi Phi and getting to know the brothers and PC. Some of the smartest (and cutest) guys on campus, a lot of engineers ($$$). Super nice and a house that was built for parties. Honestly should be a top tier fraternity.
