honestly have 0 clue how they are top tier. The last 4 pledge classes suck, the dudes are super awkward. At mixers they flirt with each other and dont talk to us girls. They are nerdy stoners and have a tiny house. They should be mid tier

i am a girl and after being friends w/ guys in all frats and going everywhere, sammy easily the best brotherhood on campus. the guys love each other and would truly do anything for each other. recently there was some pregame drama/chaos, and there was a scare of no pregame partner, but they got SDT (they actually serenaded sammy). they also have the best pg house next year which is dope... brownstone. sammy is very solid

Just mixed with these guys and they are great. A lot of the older brothers dont show up to stuff unless its a banger but thats fine because their young guys are pretty good. Chi phi is getting better and better every year
