Most people have never heard of Theta Xi on campus, they just absorbed another fraternity Sigma Pi that lost their house to the original owners ATO and even that won't make them any more relevant. Open parties were not good, pretty sure they don't even have mixers (or at least not with any decent sororities) and I would say at least they have brotherhood, but obviously not since they were so willing to take on a bunch of random guys from another house. Good luck dudes, you'll need it.

Less guys than your "average" 100+ fraternity, but they'd rather actually have a solid brotherhood and they still know how to rage. Great group of guys.

Phi delt guys are some of the best on campus. They are actually involved in things on campus, are really sweet to everyone, and i'd give chill to pull ratio of 5:5. There's no place I'd rather be at any time on any day. We love you phi delt.
