Their pledge term is pretty tough, but so is that of most fraternities (Sammy just tells people). Good brotherhood. Girls...so/so Same level as Sig Ep/Chi Phi

definitely one of the top houses on campus. they have a hard pledge term- but it explains why they have arguably the best brotherhood on campus. they have fun parties and mix with hot girls, and brownstone next year which is for those of u who dont know, the best pregame house on campus. all the guys are SUPER nice, no douches. getting a bid is not easy, they are very picky about who they take

If SigEp wanted to pregame with ADPi they would have asked ADPi but they didn't because its just a rumor. ADPi wants chi psi again anyway so it doesnt matter but sig ep didnt want them as apartner or they would have asked instead of dg

Going nowhere. Been in the same place for years. I'd be surprised if they got deeph this year saying other frats want them that are on the rise and passed them.
