They are viewed as top tier but ask any kid on campus and they will also question as to how theta chi is classified as top tier. They have the weirdest awkward kids... I personally Know kids who just aren't cool and weird and awkward who were given bids. Half of phi didn't show up to ski trip and the half tjay did left early. Kids are weird and everyone knows it... How is theta chi viewed as top? The big dilemma.

yes there are some strange girls, but there's a pretty big handful of really cute awesome girls. Some of the prettiest girls i've seen on campus are zetas and they rage at mixers
