Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Northwestern State University of Louisiana - NSULA 1.0 No way these bottom feeders are top three, they have about 15 active, with only about three quality guys. Parties suck and their house is terrible. But hey if you like to party in a sausage fest this is the place for you.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Northwestern State University of Louisiana - NSULA 3.0 Used to absolutely run the campus, but have declined in the last few years. Great alumni base though and they have a house with a great location. I would say maybe take a chance on them you could have a big impact to bring them back.
