They're fun and nice,, but they have only one focus, getting drunk. I will give it to them, though, I go to them if I want to have a good time. Good majority of the guys are just trying to get Alpha Phi's but the rest are pretty nice.

During recruitment you all were the first house I dropped, and if I had to go back and do it again I'd still drop you first. You all need to up your game or you'll always be the lowest of the low.
