This is good but definitely a theta. If you go to Tulane you know that Kappa and Pi Phi are above Theta for overall and looks.

That may have been true before the class of 2019 graduated but Kappa has been slipping in the looks department in the last couple of years and they have taken some whack new members while Pi Phi and Theta are rising.

Chi O and Theta are literally the same try hards and good girl types who go hard only when they drink. They could join together and make one giant group of future wives.
