adpi

It's because girls are mean and it's easier for people especially during rush to judge than to actually get to know the girls. The girls from ADPI are the absolute sweetest and I think they deserve more recognition for their sisterhood :)

I think it's for a few reasons. None of these are bad things in my opinion, but it's what I've heard before/during rush:

-Status: Since they're new, they're bottom-tier and seen as the last resort for everyone going through rush. As a result, they're viewed as a collection of misfits that no other sorority wanted (which is 1: absolutely untrue and 2: a pretty horrible way to describe a sorority but people can be mean and this is something I've heard verbatim)
-Identity: I don't feel like ADPi has a concrete identity like pretty much every other chapter on this campus. For example, I think ADPis are pretty smart but not "Phi Mu smart", and they've got a great sisterhood but it's not "Theta's sisterhood". Stuff like that which I guess means that ADPi's a bit of a 'jack of all trades, master of none' kinda place.
-Events: They do a ton of sisterhood events but don't really mix with frats. It's down to personal opinion whether or not that's a bad thing
-Suspension: I heard they got suspended a few years ago? Idk if that matters or what for but I've heard that fly around a bit.

adpi has a beautiful new house, great sisterhood, and the new pcs get better and better every year. i wouldn't be surprised if they move up to middle tier within the next 5 or so years
