how do sororitys(aephi/kkg) pick who isn’t getting cut

Not to be rude, but I saw many girls who said they would never do aephi or kappa in line for them but same girls got cut from other good houses such as piphi and chio? How does cutting work. Ik it’s super different every house but is it based on if the person rushing you likes you or previous social media stalking or previous day conversations?

Kappa picks totally based on money, looks, social media, and the ability to party hardcore. AEPhi usually gets the Kappa rejects. And rarely cuts after first day. Pi Phi chooses friend groups that they know previously, and Chi O is more selective than all the others, but they don’t cut until right before pref. And have more parties and invite more girls than all of the houses.
