theta and aephi

Hey everyone. I am just wondering what everyone's opinions on Theta and aephi are. They seem to be the two that get top tier girls but aren't necessarily recognized as such.

I think they are both great sororities that do get really pretty girls in them. Theta is recognized as having fun girls who are involved on campus. Aephi attracts similar girls to pi phi in my opinion and is underrated as well.

Just my opinion though.

They are both top middle tier sororities that get great girls. Aephi definitely has an underrated pc (lots of really pretty girls). Theta has a large mix of girls who are all fun and pretty chill.

Theta tends to get a bad rep cause they SOMETIMES come off as rude to other sororities and have been known to rat them out for their own benefit.
Aephi tends to get a bad rep because they are not everyone's cup of tea and can come off stand-offish.

Every aephi girl I've met is chill and some of them might not be so in ur face friendly when you meet her but def nice and really loyal girls

I think some people don't give aephi top teir because they weren't allowed to rush in 2016 fall and had to break from events for a whole semester and then be cautious the next. They will definitely rise up to where they were before.
