Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 3.4 Don't really understand the rankings below me. Why are you ranking places solely based on their 'tier.' ZBT is no where near top tier, but def not bottom tier like DTD or Phi Kap. Also, they do have a house... Anyways, the new PC is pretty cool, other guys not so much, hoping the new PC changes this frat around!

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.0 I've got nothing against ZBT (most likely because they are irrelevant), but have nothing against them all the same. I don't know why they are ranked so highly on this website though. Anyone who goes to Tulane could tell you that they are bottom tier..

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.2 I know some of the seniors and those guys are weirdos, but I also know a lot of the younger guys and they are all very nice, fun, and hot. Through probably the best parties this year, are known to have the highest GPA on campus, and have the coolest looking house. Once the older guys are gone, and they continue to get better and better, ZBT will probably become a top tier in no time.
