Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 1.0 Stay away from these guys, just a mean and self centered group of kids. Vindictive and misogyinistic and mean spirited. tried to find something redeemable, but a few nasty kids make their actions unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Tulane University - TU 4.0 I don't really know too much about the phi kapp chapter, although I do know that one phi kapp I ended up going back with had a 8.5 inched in his pants. He was a sweet guy and it was pleasantly surprising.
