Lets relax they are not going downhill at all. They have a great brotherhood and these guys geniunely care about eachother. They only mix with kappa and pi phi now. To be off campus for 5 years and still have a solid pc says something about these guys. Freshmen id give them a chance while rushing great group of guys to get to know. As a girl in kappa I love my sig ep boys and cant wait for their slip n slide darty next year.

This is the undisputed top house. I have friends who rush and every girl says they want kappa(even the ones that end up going to other ones). Also I hear all this about being exclusive and rude. But every girl i know in it are the most down to earth fun girls. Its no secret every frat wants to mix with them(top or not). My friends in kappa have showed me their social schedule and their groupme. Every frat wants them.

Everyone knows they are the freshmen frat. These kids think they rule the school when they have half decent parties and girls rlly just go there to take pictures. Also a lot of SA scandals especially with the new pc. They also gave bids our like they were nothing during rush week. A kid got one in the commons.
