Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Iowa - UNI 1.7 If you want to hate your sorority so much you drop, go A Phi! They have horrible member retention because the members bully new members. If you don’t go out and get wasted every weekend, good luck! They are known on campus as the rude party girls and have very little support for other Greek chapters.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Iowa - UNI 5.0 They are such a fun group of girls to hang out with. They have such a close sisterhood and from what I see in the outside, is that they always have each other’s backs. They have a very diverse chapter and not all the girls are blondes like everyone says. Such a fun group of girls to hang out with and to get to know!

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Northern Iowa - UNI 4.7 Alpha Phi at UNI is an amazing organization. The girls are fun, friendly, and involved in a ton of other organizations on campus including NISG and Dance Marathon. Anybody who bashes Alpha Phi based on one or two people they don't get along with is immature. The majority of the girls are down-to-earth, smart, and caring. Plus, they consistently get the best grades and raise the most money for their philanthropy!

Their involvement within the Greek life community and across campus is very poor. They also shoot down most of the other sorority’s across campus which is very poor of them.
