These girls have really turned the chapter around! I know they had some problems a few years ago, but you would never know with the new members. Love love love this group of women!! Beautiful and kind! You know they'll go far in life!!

I second the last post. Their members act like they peaked in high school. There's nothing cute about being a mean-girl or being a bystander to it. The culture of the chapter won't change, it's been like that for years.

Cliquiest sorority on campus by far and arguably the meanest. The way these girls talk about other sororities on campus and even their own members is awful. There might be a few somewhat decent people, but anyone who tolerates bullying within their own organization isn't a good person either. If you fit the typical mean girl stereotype, you'll fit right in. I wouldn't recommend anyone joining though.

The mascot could not be more fitting-this frat is filled with backstabbing snakes. The only cool and decent brothers are the ones the cliques hate on. Typical frat dynamic.

My fiancé was in this sorority and 99% of the time I held her crying during out time at UNG, it was because of the girls in this chapter. I thought mean girl high school drama was bad until I got a peek into toxic sorority life at UNG. Ladies, save yourself the stress and don't join this sorority, you're better than these "squirrels" will make you feel. Stay safe out there.

These guys treat their "brothers" just as bad as they treat the girls on campus. I can't use the language to accurately describe it here without my post being removed, but you get the gist. I understand why people hate frats so much after hanging around this one. All of the decent guys end up leaving because they don't want to be associated with the other members who run Sigma Nu's name through the mud. This chapter has been given far too many chances and if the school had any sense of safety for their students, especially women, this organization would have been long gone.

This chapter has gotten a bad rap in the past, but the recent classes have turned the organization around. They have one of the strongest sisterhoods on campus and are more inclusive than other sororities. You can be your genuine self in this chapter, which is so important.
