A lot of the girls are really nice at first especially when recruiting but then after, if you didn’t chose them they will unfollow you and act like you never existed

DPhiE only got 20 something girls for spring 2019 big day, when ALL the other chapters, like KD got 40+ girls.... that says everything. Their numbers are dropping like rotten apples from a tree.
