They can't have any functions as a chapter indefinitely. If they do they're kicked off. If you saw an email passed around it is real even if they say it's fake. For those that remember, dchi was actually in a better position this time last year.

It is almost certain that in the upcoming 2016-17 school year that UMD will probably be losing 2 more fraternities (TKE & SIG EP) due to stupidity. Let's wait and see. That will mean 2 available houses on the row.
