appropriate rankings going into spring '16

Top:
FIJI, TKE, PhiDelt, KA - not necessarily the best guys (especially not phi delt) but the best at getting girls and hot sororities to come to their parties. TKE probably has 3 semesters max until they're done.

Middle Top:
ATO, Sig Chi, AEPi - parties hard, not considered top but takes most of the same girls that tops do... anyways every fraternity's social calendars have to have some low tier girls

Middle Middle (probably the bulk):
Alpha Sig, Lambda Chi, Zeta Psi, Sig Nu, TEP, DTD - could go either way. Definitely have solid socials but have room for improvement when it comes to bringing in girls. Like to have fun, give it a few semesters to see if they rise or fall.

Middle Bottom:
Sig Ep, Phi Tau, Kappa Sig, Theta Chi - Have a lot of room for improvement. Can't get as many girls, some are thought of as irrelevant. If they don't keep it up they could lose hope.

Bottom Tier:
Beta, Delta Sig, PSK, SAE, ZBT - Lost causes, except for maybe Beta who's newer but doubt anything will happen with them. Don't even know if any of them have parties. oh well.

Nonexistent: DChi, DU - lol.
