will rushing with a 3.1 this semester be suitable for most houses? trying to decide if it's even worth rushing or not

You should specify if your a boy or a girl...

For guys it really doesn't matter as long as you have over a 2.5
For girls, they take it a little more seriously, but if you have over a 3.0 you should be just fine at any house.
