rushing in the spring as a sophomore

will rushing a fraternity as a second semester sophomore affect my chances of getting a bid? I know it varies from school to school but is this common here?

No. Any later than second semester sophomore year, and then you might have a problem. But im a sophomore who's rushing in the spring also and it doesnt matter. I know a guy who got a bid to KA as a senior
