Do srats care about your grade classification?

i’m transferring to umd this fall and was hoping to go through rush but i was just curious if being a sophomore will lessen my chances of joining one? almost no sophomores get bids from the school i’m transferring from and i just was wondering if that’s the same here?

rushing as a sophomore is a bit more difficult but you won’t just not get any bids. i know sophomores that got dropped from a lot of tops this year but also a junior who got into a top. chapters are prob doing cob in the fall too

dont expect a bid from a top tier unless your entire friend group is in one
