Explanation: Sig Chi and KA are falling off, and you can't deny it. Look at their past PCs, it's hard to come to terms with it, but yeah, Lambda and TEP are rising. But at the same time, they're not top yet and are full of themselves on this website. Other ranks put Beta #10 and ADPhi #11, but ADPhi has real competition with their darty's and other stuff. Phi Delt has brought in consistently good PCs, and their relations are excellent, giving them top.

Explanation: Phi Tau is on the come-up, nowhere near top mid yet, but for sure out of the bottom of the frats. They're slowly building relations, and their mergers are helping them become a big frat. These frats can be pretty good for some socials, dartys, and other events but for sure are mid. SAE and Theta Chi have the potential to move up but are not there yet.
