the first 5 frats on this rank are the top houses here, there used to be a huge gap between them and the rest but lately the 3 low top frats (especially dsig) have been closing in

that being said unless a top house gets kicked off the top 5 will not change no matter what anyone on here says

however if a top house does get booted you will probably see dsig zeta psi or lambda take its place
