why did adpi do so bad with this years pc

I’m new on campus and was considering rushing. I met A met a few of them that were cool is I was Surprised by seeing them ranked low on all the posts. I was Genuinely surprised was all.

Why are they so much smaller than everyone else? I get not being as popular but I hear Good things about their sisterhood so I’m confused

they have to bring in adpi’s from other schools to have enough recruiters some rounds, and it’s hard for PNMs to learn about a chapter and get a vibe from people not even in it

Not true. They haven't brought in members from other chapters in probably at least the last three formal Recruitments. Their recruitment numbers have been higher but their graduating classes have a ton of members so they lose a lot to graduation. Overall they are a great Sisterhood that really should be seen as such. Problem is sites like this that make people judge before they even step foot in their house. Time to make a change.

The thing is too ADPI isn’t even weird, they are just small. But they are about as average looking as most of the other sororities, having a mix up of the pretty girls and average girls. They mind their business, aren’t all here self ranking everyday, and have never not been friendly and supportive of everyone else. tbh I like Them more than some of the other mid /higher ranked ones.

Ok but here is actually perfect examples of what I mean. What are you doing outside of this made up environment on this website to support ADPi? You stick up for them IRL? Even if it’s sticking up against one of your own sisters? You support their philanthropy? Have them social with your frat? They obviously are in charge of recruiting their own members but if no one in the real world is backing them up they’re gonna have a rough time making up that pledge class. Again just speaking from my experience on my own campus.

One way is to recommend ADPi to people that are still looking to join a Sorority whether they didn't think about going through recruitment or just dropped. A lot of people dropped out so there is a big opportunity there. I mean GPhi did this when they came back on campus. They held a recruitment after formal and most everyone that dropped during formal joined GPhi.

Yeah but here’s the thing, GPhi was a new chapter. Girls will always go out for the new chapter vs the established one that’s smaller and “not as cool” or whatever. I agree people recommending ADPi to PNMs while they COB is good but pretty passive. Walk them to the ADPi COB event. Introduce them to an ADPi if you know them. It’s easy to ignore a DM about a COB on ADPis insta that’s sent to them but Get out there. Idk I saw this happen on my campus to a lovely chapter and everyone that boo hoo’d about it never spoke up or took action up IRL for them so everyone asking wHy dID aDpI dO So BaD is like come onnnnn.

That's actually a really good suggestion. We can definitely do more then just recommend. The chapter always supports everyone else time to step up.

People think as long as they aren't bottom it's not their issue. Some houses are only one step away so it's at everyone's best interest to support the chapter so they are on a more even playing field.
