Honestly none. Mine was ever so slightly more than others but it was still pretty pathetic representation. I think it’s a mix of sororities being straight up bigots who exclude people who don’t fit the skinny white blonde mold & minorities not feeling welcome or feeling like they even have a chance when rushing bc they don’t fit that look. It’s sad and outdated. Do better sororitys

You have to actually get POC to go through recruitment to even be able to "diversify" your chapter. If POC don't bother with rush, then you won't see any diversity. It's pretty simple. BUT, I'd be willing to bet if there are POC, they end up in lower tiers. Diversity should be celebrated and not downvoted.

youd be surprised how many sororities at umd genuinely want to improve their diversity. i went through recruitment and was super honest about my concerns about lack of diversity and top houses welcomed me back with open arms every round
