house nicknames

Does every single house in Old Town have a nick name or is it only the really popular ones do and then for the less popular ones frat make up the names?

The ones that are more known have kept their names over time, despite whether or not they go to a different fraternity. Not as well known houses will have names that the fraternity in them just makes up themselves.
