Okay seriously pike you gotta chill. You've been on this campus for one semester and spending way too much team on Greek rank. Being able to fill cleaners with freshman girls is irrelevant any frat can pull freshman girls who don't know anything about Greek life. You simply cannot be better than an established fraternity. It takes time. Focus on actually getting better instead of putting yourself ahead of half the frats here on every single ranking.
