NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 3.6 Although their house may be teared down to make way for Terrapin Row, these guys are actual nice gentleman. At parties, they actually care to see that girls are having a good time and during Halloween, I actually felt that :). Their house is a little on the rundown and dirty however. But I liked the Puppyfest they held early October!

Regardless of what tier they are in, they are absolutely awesome. And their new pledge class is super hot. Keep it up.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 4.4 One of my favorite fraternities. The guys are super friendly and social and never make you feel uncomfortable. They are some of the most involved guys on campus which is super cool. They seemed to have snagged a pretty cute pledge class too. This chapter will most definitely rise in the coming semesters!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 4.0 Definitely different now than they were a few years ago. Their parties are fun, the guys are very friendly, their house, although it is old, is in a great location and is great for housing huge parties. If they get a few more great pledge classes they will be top tier in the future but for now I'd say they are a mid-tier frat
