DPHIE Deleting ranks

#dissolvedphie all the way!! They need to go. Funny when phi sig left they were the first ones happy to not have a panhal council while UOttawa does with 2 orgs and has way better recruitment over there.. please shut down DPHIE for the good of Carleton!!

Watch this thread and all their ranks be deleted again😂😂 hope this is a good use of their chapter funds. Maybe prove us wrong by actually getting more new members…oh wait..you can’t😂😂 enjoy the 1 member you’ll get in the fall!

I’ll be happy for the day this chapter closes. They should it’s a terrible organization and I think Carleton would be better off. I wish we had APHI here or literally another panhal bc AOII should have a real panhal to be here with them. #dissolveDPHIE

ladies ladies ladies…you guys are disappointing. Members are trash, recruitment was embarrassing for you guys last term and now you are doing rush trying to save your chapter when really I don’t think you’ll be able to get that many new members that will stay amongst all the drama you will eventually put them in. It’s not fair to the girls you have join only for them to find out your dying and they have tons of rush pressure on them to find more people. Retention issues happen simply because YOU don’t have a good sisterhood. That won’t change whether you have 4 members or more. Girls will leave again if you keep it up and truly I feel bad for anyone that would EVER join you guys. #dissolveDPHIEnow
