The “face of the frat” dude is insufferable. Cant stand that guy. If these are the people they are initiating, they clearly need to take a good look at their standards and reevaluate. Terrible character. Cringe when I see them. Wish I would’ve never met this guy.

For freshman and people doing research into fraternities Phi Delt is bottom tier probably the lowest one? It’s too new with weak alum connections, a poor social life and sororities avoid them.
