I don't know why so many of the reviews are focused on the house. The brotherhood here is really amazing, and the parties are really fun. Probably the safest and most laid back of the fraternities on campus. The house, while small, has a really cool layout with lots of lofted bedrooms and is in one of the best locations to get to other places on campus. Plus it's directly in the middle of fraternity row. 10/10 frat. But if your entire ranking of a fraternity is based SOLELY on the state of the house, then you'd probably want to look somewhere where the rent isn't affordable.

Great place to be. Throws the best parties on Campus at least since I have been here. They throw great socials and they all ars great to hang out with.

Good guys and not creepy, not the most frat but great place to party safely. House needs more work, but better than the others around here

Beta has certainly had its ups and downs over the last few years. There have been a few bad apples that really ruined it for the rest of the members. However, the majority of the guys are kind, intelligent, and respectful. A lot of my favorite moments in college have been spent at that house. Overall, I think that Beta is a great fraternity and I hope that it continues to improve.

They are definitely not known for their smarts or having commonsense. Their best quality is being good at volleyball, but also what man plays volleyball.

To be honest I do like this frat because they are very welcoming. However beware ladies, if you decide to text or snap them be prepared for the driest and most bland texts you have ever received.

Some members stand like ducks and wear harry potter glasses for no reason. These said members also try to fight rugby boys that would punt him into tomorrow.

Talk about a top tier frat. These guys are so nice and so involved, also the biggest chapter on campus. Only thing tough about KSig is they have one of the lower GPAs, but the brotherhood there more then makes up for it. Top house at Mines

With only 4 sororities, it seems ridiculous to try and rank. Theta is a group that is filled with great girls. Definitely a different vibe from the other sororities. I think it has been really hard to get their "footing" without a grand house like the other sororities have. That sounds like an excuse....I realize. These girls are very aware of their position at Mines, I'm not sure they really buy in to all that BS. They are a group that appreciates who they are and who is in their sorority. They are working really hard to increase their membership.
