Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity Ratings at WC

Upperclassmen are kinda invisible. Underclassmen rage hard. Phi is the definition of "chill". Their house is pretty clean. Lots of juul pods. They throw down pretty good at fiji, but aux is usually questionable. I mean, they play good songs, but not good songs for a party. Their best party is their beach rush party for sure. Phi's have a smug demeanor and dress pretty stylishly. Probably the least engaged group on campus, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Keep to themselves and are virtually invisible in the social scene, but I know that their freshman go wild.

They are anazing

just a bunch of boys with nothing to do and too much money. Got in so much trouble with the legal system this year. Need a wake up call.

The tennis house. Probably the most wealthy of the frats as well. Super outgoing guys, normally pretty nice. They could be classified as social butterflies. They don’t do the most for philanthropy but they put in effort. I don’t know how they do academically but given half the team plays tennis and they have study tables as a team I would assume pretty well. Also they have the coolest of all the houses.

Why is Phi ranked 4th????? I love the brothers of phi delta theta. Sure they might be intimidating but they are all the biggest sweethearts. genuinely love them, but even more I love their chef. IYKYK!
