Agree but i would say that kappa's PC this year is definitely below Theta and Aphi.
based only off PC's:
Theta
Aphi
Kappa
DG

Chi O's pledge class was also super strong this year

Alpha Phi rushes in 1st place. How many cheerleaders and song girls did they get this rush and have in the house already? It is always a contest between Kappa and Phi for 1st place. DG is next. Then Theta.

No way SAE is above ZBT or on par with Sig Chi. They haven't had a stellar year at all. I'd put them on par with Sig Ep and put ZBT with Sig Chi.
