What are the pros and cons to rushing in winter? Should I wait until next fall?

It depends on the number/involvement of your potential winter class
Having a small class sucks, cause you don't make as many close friends, obviously. Then as those guys drop off later on after pledge quarter, you might feel pretty isolated if you try to stay involved
