order of the top frats

Everyone seems to say the top frats are ZBT, SAE, SigEp, and SigChi, but what is the order of the top frats? Is SAE 2nd best or 4th?

is the 4th best house now with their older guys graduating. Top is ZBT and second is probably a tie between sig ep and sigchi

We suck. If i could rush again I would either join ZBT or Sigma Chi they are the only two relevant top houses right now

Everyone has a personal preference but if you look at the rankings in the discussions on this site the most agreed upon order is:

1. ZBT
2. SAE
3. Sig Ep
4. Sigma Chi
