SPRING 2025 FRAT RANKINGS

1. SAE- typical f boy frat guys, parties are mid but they have attractive guys and great sorority relations
2. SNU- Toned down SAE, not as attractive, but good parties, big budget, good relations
3. Sig Chi- everyone describes them as giving “nature vibes” Less attractive than the top two, but good guys overall
4. Phi Psi- best physical house on the row so it makes for good parties/events. Very diverse house with a decent amount of attractive guys
5. Sig Ep- Falling recently due to them having the worst physical house, a couple years ago they were great so they still have good relations. They have attractive guys, but they are mostly social bid athletes
6. Lambda- Mega fall off recently. Not much to say other than they need to have a good pc next fall to really turn things around
7. Theta Chi- idrk much about them but some people like them
8. Beta- Great house, however they dont do much with it. Some attractive guys, lots of awkward guys
9. Taxi- pool! Tweas!
10. ZBT- newly remodeled house. Thats about it
11. AEPI- jewish frat
