In my opinion DG is above the most recent APhi, and ChiO should definitely be below PiPhi/GPhi. AdPi should be bottom tier too.

Maybe. DGs were alright before I graduated. I actually don't mind Aphi dropping to two or three in terms of these type of rankings - kind of helps weed out the in-crowd seekers during recruitment and results in stronger pledge classes...a personal opinion of course. On another note, I think Theta is going to make a comeback either this year or next.
