Sig Ep dry?

I heard that Sig ep used to be top tier but is now like fully dry - is this fact or cap?

The worst thing about joining Sig Ep is having to install the Balanced Man app on your phone so that Nationals can track you.

The vast majority of students coming to UCLA do not want to join Greek life. In other words, harmful stereotypes about fraternities as drinking clubs harm recruitment. At SigEp, our substance-free fraternity is a differentiating factor and is a huge competitive advantage. Our substance-free fraternity provides a support system for doing what students actually want from their college experience.

Yes, Sig Ep indeed is for the type of fraternity scholar leader athlete who seeks more from his college fraternity experience than learning how to heave out your intestinal lining in back alleys. But to each his own.
