a true ranking of fraternities

I'm a senior and I'm in a "top sorority." The reason I put that in quotations is because I've never fully agreed with ranking different houses, whether it be fraternities or sororities. And to be completely honest, I never thought people paid attention to websites like these. But, my best friend's little brother rushed in the fall and he told me that comments on websites like these helped form his opinions of houses. He dropped the house he joined after a week. To try to help out people who may also pay attention to these comments, here's my ranking of fraternities after being involved in the Greek system since fall quarter of my freshman year:
1) Sigma Chi
2) SAE
3) ZBT/Sig Ep
5) Beta/Lambda
7) Sig Nu
Take this as you will. Many people post rankings on this site so I'm sure it's tough to get a gauge for which ones are accurate. I can't say mine is any more true than any other, it's just my opinion. My best suggestion is rushing ALL the houses
