There seems to be a lot of debate of what the "top" houses are. From a sorority girls perspective, we could care less who's above who. The following frats are all top houses in their own aspects/worth going to on party nights.

ZBT SAE Lambda Sig Ep Beta Sig Chi

These houses all have top guys. A lot of the guys in these houses are similar and honestly could be in any of these 6. Sooo to sum it up, these are the houses us sorority girls love (no disrespect to the other houses) and you guys should top bickering!
