top tier house ranking from the ladies

It seems like you guys keep debating the order of the top tier of houses. This is our opinion ranking of the top tier frats as of now based on how hoooott <3 the guys are and how close of friends we have in the houses. I think i'm speaking for many of my girls, Kappas and Aphis.
1. SAE - probation is hurting you but good small exclusive parties barely holding your place...A lot of my girls have guy friends in here and they say the douchebag rep only holds for a few of the guys, def not all.
2. SigEp - whole house is good, not to mention solid pledge class :))) Recent parties have been big, always plenty of alcohol going around. loving the sigep saturday's <3. personal fav but because of strong opinions from other girls, you place second.
3. ZBT - don't have too many friends here but DG friends say you are a solid third. Jocks are still hot and tree house has a bunch of guys down to party
4. Sig Chi - good location, right next to my dorm :) parties die
but still solid guys and good house. Wish i stayed longer but we always end up cruising sig ep and sae because you guys are so high on the row
Can't say too much about other frats except Beta's pledge class is better than usual, though we would still consider them lower than Sigchi.
Another girl can finish off the rest of the frats.
And guys, don't take these rankings too seriously, its just where us girls are feeling good vibes....just talking to us when we come over is big. woo us!

Yes! sums it up perfectly except a lot of Beta's pledge class dropped this quarter so their pledge class isn't what it was during the row walks. I would consider Lambda better than Beta though, because their pledge class is hotter (and still in tact). I would consider Lambda to be #5 on the row and then everything else ... You just don't go! :)
But everything else is spot on! I like Sig Ep at #2, because it's our favorite house however, SAE tends to beat them at parties. Also, TDX is the athlete frat and this year... It's been surprisingly really fun! You girls should check it out. I think TDX could actually beat the rest of these "frats" for top house because they actually have real men and athletes, a great house, Bon fire pit, pool, basketball court... It's quite nice actually. 1. TDX 2. SAE 3. Sig Ep 4. ZBT 5. Sig Chi then the only good "mid tier" is Beta.

I have also heard many good things about Lamda, girls reading this you should definitely go!
So a fair amount of girls are turning away form SAE because of social prob? Half of people i talk to say SAE is holding on still half of people say they are falling apart. ZBT hasn't cut it for me this quarter, then again i am not a DG.
TDX sounds good. We are looking for quality guys, who aren't gonna be douchey and at least be friends with us the next day, despite what happens that night.
Sig Chi, at least you have made the top tier

Just a heads about TDX, although now being taken over my athletes, they are going to have a hard time with the IFC since they're coming back from being kicked off. Their current members from when they got kicked off are...ya haha. Traditions and alumni relations will be a struggle as well.
