I don't think any are moving up (sorry). But I do think that Beta is definitely not even considered mid-tier anymore... It's definitely top tier and I'd consider it at least in the top 3. I think Beta replaced SAE and Lambda is right behind them. I think Lambda may replace either Sig Ep or Sig Chi and either of those two are now going to get mowed down to mid rank. Beta & Lambda's houses are definitely some of the nicest on the row and I do like ZBT's treehouse.

lol SAE replaced by beta? Not even close. Mabey on the same level as sig ep but SAE and ZBT will always share top spot

by common belief zbt, sig ep, sig chi and sae are top. but if you actually look at the houses today and their popularity its not the case slightly. sae is slippig and beta and lambda are undoubtely rising to top tier. sig ep and sig chi are dwindling at the bottom of toptier. the stereotypes from hahahahaa are far outdated and don't apply to beta or lambda . holistically, i would say zbt sae lambda beta sigep and sig chi are all top houses in their own respect and order.

Much of what has been said is very true. Here's some more information:
Beta - definitely rising especially thanks to their sick pledge class this year as well as last year's - not top tier but if they keep it up they will eventually be
Lambda - also rising but it is clear now that they are behind Beta but definitely the second best in the "mid tier" houses
Sigma Nu - still a decent house but their pledge class this year is not good; also, the fact that they are on probation or some sort of probation because of an incident with a pledge, they will drop this quarter for sure; I would put these guys and Pi Kapp as tied for 3rd best in "mid tier" houses
Pikapp - still a decent house as well but their pledge class is small and nothing special; their older guys and their involvement are the only things keeping them alive; I would say they're tied with Sigma Nu as 3rd best in "mid tier" hosues
Sigma Pi - haven't heard much about these guys but they're still mid tier; if they grab a strong class next year they may pass Sigma Nu & Pi Kapp
For the lower tiers:
DTD - has definitely stepped it up this year and will for sure be mid tier next year, very likely surpassing Sigma Pi and possibly Sigma Nu & Pi Kapp if these two fraternities don't step it up
Pike, DPS, Triangle - all about the same as last year; no major change
Theta Xi - slowly stepping up; not mid tier level but definitely one of the top in the lower mid houses
